Connection choices
Orluna VPN uses Android VpnService to provide VPN connectivity with your system authorization. You control whether to enable a connection and may disconnect or withdraw authorization in Android settings. You can discontinue use of the app at any time.
Respecting laws and other users
You must use the app lawfully and respect privacy, intellectual property, and other rights. Do not use it for fraud, threats, malware, unauthorized access, or intentional interference with systems. Your online actions remain your responsibility. A VPN does not remove the conditions imposed by websites or services you visit.
Service conditions and restrictions
Connectivity may vary because of networks, devices, maintenance, and service infrastructure. Uninterrupted availability or access to specific content is not promised. Access may be reasonably limited to respond to serious misuse, a material breach, security needs, or legal requirements. Restrictions will be proportionate, with notice and a chance to resolve the issue where practical and legally permitted.
